Savvy Award for Best Electronic Newsletter (External)
3CMA presented its prestigious Savvy Award to the Redevelopment Agency for its electronic business newsletter, FastTrack. Honored as the best in its category for populations between 40,000 and 1.5 million, judges described FastTrack as, "A directed, focused newsletter. Fun to look at, easy to navigate, clearly aimed at specific markets. A valuable tool for business in a growing community."

Ray Bancroft Award for Most Outstanding City or County Newsletter
In 2003, the Redevelopment Agency was also presented with the esteemed Ray Bancroft Award by 3CMA for its electronic business newsletter, FastTrack. The Ray Bancroft Award honors the most outstanding newsletter in all categories, which includes city and county entries from throughout the United States.

This special award is given to only one recipient each year, and was established to recognize the founder of City Hall Communications and his tireless efforts to raise the standards and effectiveness of communications in local government.
