2009-2014 Implementation Plan
The California Health and Safety Code Section 33490 requires redevelopment agencies to adopt an Implementation Plan to carry out the goals and objectives of the Redevelopment Plan. The Implementation Plan must be adopted every five years and contain specific goals and objectives, specific programs and potential projects and expenditures for the next five years, and a description of how those projects will eliminate blight in the project area.

Redevelopment Plan
The Redevelopment Plan for the Rancho Redevelopment Project Area was prepared by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Rancho Cucamonga in accordance with the California Community Redevelopment Law, California Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq., and all applicable laws and ordinances. The basis for this Plan is the Preliminary Plan formulated and adopted by the Planning Commission on August 12, 1981 by Resolution No. 8193.
